TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment of one night's accommodation is
required to confirm a booking, which is
a non refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy
applies - see below.
Payment can be made by credit card via our
Booking form, by telephone, email or fax
within 3 days of booking your accommodation.
If for some reason this is not possible
please contact our office on (07) 4099 5662
to arrange another method of payment. We
accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard.
Your booking is automatically confirmed
if you provide your credit card details
and receive a valid booking number on the
confirmation screen after making a reservation
on Instant Bookings.
The balance of the accommodation charges
are payable on arrival before occupancy
commences. We accept: Cash, Credit Card,
Eftpos, Bank Cheque or Travellers Cheques.
Only the number of persons included on the
booking form may stay in the apartment overnight.
- Check-in time on the day of arrival is
2.00pm.
- Check-out time on the day of departure
is 10.00am.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject
to availability, charges may apply.
-There is no refund for early departure.
The apartments are serviced weekly. All
bed and bathroom linen is provided; mid-stay
linen changes in apartments apply for bookings
with a duration of 8 or more nights. Should
the apartment not be left in a reasonably
clean and tidy state on departure, any cleaning
costs above and beyond the normal will be
charged to guests.
No Animals or pets are to be brought into
the complex.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the booking is cancelled the deposit
may be transferred to another booking made
with Port Douglas Outrigger where the arrival
date is within 12 months of the date of
cancellation.
We require at least 14 days notice of cancellation.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to
arrival date and we are not able to re-let
the apartment, an additional 2 night's accommodation
may be charged to your credit card at the
discretion of management.
We recommend that you consider travel insurance
to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
